About Dr. Mohammed Abdus Salam

Dr. Salam is the Assistant Professor of Environmental Science and Disaster Management at Noakhali Science and Technology University, a Member of the American Chemical Society (ACS), The Chemical Society of Japan (CSJ), Malaysian Nature Society(MNS) and Bangladesh Professional Forestry Student Association (BPFSA).He is also an Assistant Director- Research cell of Noakhali Science and Technology University (NSTU), Bangladesh. Dr. Salam received his Ph.D. degree in Risk Management and Environmental Science from Yokohama National University, Japan in 2011.He performed his graduate study on Environment and Technology Management at Yokohama National University, Japan. He completed his under-graduate degree at University of Chittagong on Forestry in 2003.Since 2018, Dr. Salam has been an assistant professor in the department of Environmental Science and Disaster Management at Noakhali Science and Technology University, Bangladesh. He is now working with Teaching, research and innovation in the field of Environmental Science and Management for ensuring sustainable development which will ultimately contribute to poverty alleviation.
